TERMS OF WEBMASTER MEMBERSHIP
- You must be over 21 years of age to participate in the banner program.
- Only one account is allowed per company or individual.
- Webmasters using the per click method MUST USE the banners provided to send all hits.
- Webmasters must maintain at least a 1:500 ratio to be paid at the current per unique rate. Anything greater than 1:500 is paid at whatever the per signup rate is for the given site being advertised. (see payout table in webmasters area)..
- Using text links by themselves IS NOT allowed. No deceptive mouseover text allowed.
- Sites that are not in English are not permitted to join.
- This program is only open to U.S. residents only unless otherwise approved.
- No spamming email or newsgroups, all referals must come from website URLs only. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and will result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
- Sites dealing with illegal content will not be allowed into our program. Password traders, spammers, beastiality, or child porn sites need not apply.
- No Password, Warez or spammers sites are eligible for kappabeachfest.com and will not be paid if they join the DCash program.
- Sites which are hosted via non-adult free hosting will not be paid. Example geocities, freeyellow etc..
- We will also not pay you if you are found cheating other webmasters.
- All sites with password protected directories may be required to provide access to kappabeachfest.com for inspection of content.
- You are not allowed to load our pages or banners automatically in a new window or console
- Kappabeachfest.com will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equiptment or technical errors.
- We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
- We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.
- We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.
- Commission checks will be mailed out monthly to accounts with balances of $50 or more. If your account is under this amount your totals will carry over to the next months check. All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
